Designed to combat the rust and corrosion that plague non-coated rotors, these units are treated with a genuine GEOMET 360 coating. This specialized thin-layer coating protects the entire rotor surface, including the cooling vanes, without impacting the vehicle's stopping performance or braking feel.
Each rotor is manufactured to strict tolerances for disc thickness variation (DTV) and runout to ensure smooth, quiet operation. To maintain original braking characteristics, Power Stop matches the factory weight and internal vane count, while every unit is 100% dynamic mill balanced for vibration-free performance.
