Utilizing a proprietary ceramic formula, these pads are manufactured using positive mold technology. This process ensures uniform friction density across the entire pad, resulting in stable braking performance and consistent wear throughout the life of the component.
- Low-Dust Formula: The carbon-ceramic friction material is designed to maximize stopping power while keeping wheels clean.
- Noise-Free Design: Equipped with multi-layer rubberized shims, chamfers, and slots to dampen vibrations and prevent brake squeal.
- Thermal Scorching: The pad surface is thermally scorched during manufacturing to facilitate a fast break-in and immediate performance.
- Corrosion Resistance: A powder-coated backing plate protects against rust and corrosion for extended durability in all weather conditions.
