Prothane Red Steering Rack Bushing Kit for 1985-1992 Volkswagen Golf and Jetta - 22-702
$15.52
This product will be available for sale in 2 weeks, but you can pre-order now to receive 10% discount!
Fits 1985-1992 Volkswagen Golf and Jetta models, including GTI, GLI, and 16-valve variants.
Restore steering precision and eliminate front-end wander with the Prothane steering rack bushing kit. Over time, original equipment rubber bushings degrade from oil exposure and road stress, allowing the steering rack to shift under load. This movement causes vague steering feel and inconsistent alignment. Prothane’s polyurethane replacements provide a firm, secure mount for the rack, ensuring your steering inputs are accurately transmitted to the wheels.
- Replaces soft or oil-soaked factory rubber bushings
- High-grade polyurethane resists road grime and automotive fluids
- Maintains steering rack alignment for better handling and feedback
- Engineered for a precise fit on the Mk2 chassis
- Finish: Red
- Manufacturer Part Number: 22-702
