These springs are manufactured from high-tensile chrome silicon alloy spring wire, allowing for a smaller wire diameter and fewer coils compared to standard designs. This configuration increases the distance between coils to prevent premature coil-bind while maintaining a consistent spring rate.
- Precision Manufacturing: Cold wound, heat treated, and shot peened to ensure long-term durability and fatigue resistance.
- Squared Ends: Both ends are precision ground to ensure the spring sits flat and operates straight for consistent loading.
- High-Quality Finish: Features a durable silver powder coated finish for corrosion resistance and a professional look.
