The QA1 CM-T Series (CMR4) provides a self-lubricating alternative to traditional two-piece carbon steel male rod ends. This rod end features a PTFE liner that eliminates the need for manual lubrication while maintaining the strength required for various motorsport and mechanical applications. The body is constructed from carbon steel with a protective coating for enhanced corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity in demanding environments.
The internal ball is manufactured from heat-treated 52100 bearing steel, which is precision ground and hard chrome plated to provide a smooth, durable articulating surface.
