The QA1 Proma Star Series coil-over shock absorber is designed for custom chassis builders and enthusiasts looking to upgrade suspension performance on vehicles without direct-fit options. This single-adjustable aluminum shock allows for simultaneous tuning of rebound and compression valving with a single knob, making it an ideal solution for street performance and occasional track use.
Constructed with a lightweight aluminum body, the DS404 features poly bushing mounts to reduce noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) compared to spherical bearings. Each shock is dyno-tested to ensure consistent damping performance and is designed to work with standard 2.5-inch ID coil-over springs. The threaded body provides precise ride height adjustment to achieve the desired stance and corner balance.
