The QA1 7888-110 Spanner Wrench and Thrust Bearing Kit provides the essential tools and hardware needed for smooth, bind-free suspension tuning. This comprehensive kit is designed for use with all adjustable QA1 shocks and economy GM Pro Coil Systems equipped with 2-1/2 inch ID springs.
Installing the included thrust bearings between the spring and the adjustment nut eliminates the friction that causes suspension bind during height changes. This allows for significantly easier manual ride height adjustments, even while the suspension is under load. The heavy-duty spanner wrenches are specifically profiled to provide a secure grip on the adjustment collars, ensuring precise control without damaging the hardware.
