R1 Concepts Stainless Steel Brake Lines replace factory rubber hoses to eliminate the spongy pedal feel caused by hose expansion under hydraulic pressure. By maintaining a consistent internal diameter even during aggressive braking or high-heat cycles, these lines ensure immediate hydraulic transfer and more precise brake modulation for improved driver confidence.
These lines are engineered with a heavy-duty PTFE inner core wrapped in a high-tensile stainless steel braid to prevent swelling. A clear PVC outer coating provides an additional layer of protection against abrasion, road salt, and debris, ensuring a long service life. This kit is designed for a direct-fit installation, utilizing factory-style mounting points and included hardware where required.
