This fitting is essential for plumbing fuel rails, catch cans, or surge tanks that utilize internal O-ring boss threads, ensuring a leak-free seal without the need for thread sealant.
Each fitting is CNC-machined for precise tolerances and features a Type II black anodized finish to ensure compatibility with all fuel types, including E85, while resisting corrosion in harsh engine bay environments. The included O-ring is made from high-grade Viton (FKM) for superior chemical resistance and thermal stability.
