The Radium Engineering Fuel Pulse Damper (FPD) is engineered to manage the pressure oscillations (pulses) generated by the rapid opening and closing of fuel injectors. These pulses can lead to erratic fuel pressure readings and inconsistent air-fuel ratios, particularly in high-flow or aftermarket fuel systems. By absorbing these waves, the FPD stabilizes rail pressure for more predictable tuning and protects sensitive fuel system components.
This OEM-quality damper is designed for versatile installation into fuel rails, regulators, or distribution blocks. It features a 3/8" NPT male thread, providing a secure mechanical connection. To ensure a reliable, leak-free seal out of the box, the threads come pre-treated with a specialized impregnated pipe thread paste.
