The Radium Engineering Fuel Pulse Damper (FPD) Kit for the MK4 Supra is designed to solve the common issue of fuel pressure pulsations in high-performance EFI systems. As fuel injectors cycle on and off, they create rapid pressure waves within the fuel rail that can cause hydraulic hammering, audible noise, and inconsistent fuel delivery. These fluctuations often lead to difficult-to-tune lean or rich spots in the engine map.
This kit features a vacuum-referenced internal diaphragm that absorbs these energy pulses, stabilizing the fuel pressure at the rail for more precise injector performance. It is a critical addition for Supra owners running high-flow fuel pumps and large injectors where rail harmonics are most aggressive.
