The Rancho RS5000X front shock absorber utilizes a specialized Cross Tuned technology with a unique rebound valving system and advanced compression phase to improve handling both on and off-road. Designed to minimize ride harshness, the RS5000X features Progressive Engagement Valving that is custom-tuned to each vehicle application to reduce initial impacts at low speeds while maintaining control during aggressive maneuvers.

Built for durability in extreme environments, this twin-tube shock features a 16mm nitro-carburized piston rod to resist corrosion and a 35mm sintered iron piston for structural integrity. The unit is pressurized with nitrogen gas to 150 PSI to minimize aeration and foaming, ensuring consistent damping performance under heavy use.
