The Rancho RS5000X shock absorber is engineered to deliver improved handling and ride quality for late-model Ford trucks. Featuring Cross Tuned technology and an exclusive progressive engagement valving system, this shock is custom-tuned to your F-150 to reduce initial impacts at low speeds while maintaining control during aggressive maneuvers. The twin-tube body is nitrogen-gas pressurized to 150 PSI to minimize fluid aeration, reducing damping fade and foaming during heavy use.
- 16mm nitro-carburized piston rod for superior scuff and corrosion resistance
- 35mm sintered iron piston delivers enhanced structural integrity
- Nitrogen gas pressurized to 150 PSI to maintain damping performance
- Large twin-tube body with all-weather fluid for cooler operation (-40°F to 248°F)
- Low-friction, self-lubricating seal for smooth compression and quick rebound
- Double-welded loops at high-stress points for maximum durability
- Includes polyurethane rebound bumper and protective polyvinyl boot
