The Rancho RS5000X Series front shock absorber (RS55044) utilizes advanced Cross Tuned technology to provide a customized ride for heavy-duty trucks. This nitrogen-gas-charged shock features an exclusive Progressive Engagement Valving system that minimizes initial impact at low speeds and reduces disc flutter at high speeds. Built with a large twin-tube body and all-weather fluid, it is designed to maintain consistent damping performance in extreme environments, ranging from -40 to 248°F.
