The Ridetech HQ Series Rear CoilOver and StrongArm system is a complete suspension overhaul designed to modernize the handling, stance, and ride quality of 1959-1964 GM X-frame vehicles. This kit replaces the compliant, stamped-steel factory control arms with heavy-duty tubular StrongArms, providing superior strength and optimized suspension geometry for better traction and stability. The included adjustable panhard bar ensures the rear axle remains perfectly centered, even at lower ride heights.
The heart of this system is the HQ Series CoilOvers, which feature single-adjustable rebound damping. This allows you to fine-tune the shock valving to match your specific driving style or vehicle weight. All components are designed for a direct bolt-on installation, utilizing factory mounting points to simplify the upgrade process.
