Engineered from deep-stamped 1/4-inch (6mm) aluminum alloy, this plate provides superior strength for rock crawling and overlanding while maintaining a lower weight profile than traditional steel plates. The deep-stamping process increases the structural rigidity of the alloy, ensuring it can withstand direct impacts from rocks, logs, and debris on the trail.
Installation is a direct-fit process utilizing existing factory mounting points, requiring no drilling or cutting of the vehicle frame. Because of the natural corrosion resistance of high-grade aluminum, the plate will not rust even if the surface is gouged or scratched by trail obstacles.
