Replace your weak factory components with the RockJock Heavy Duty Front Leaf Spring Shackle kit. Designed to eliminate the flex associated with stock stamped-steel shackles, these units provide a more stable platform for your Jeep's front suspension. These shackles measure 4-1/4 inches from bolt center to bolt center, providing approximately 3/4 inches of lift over the stock height.

Each shackle is constructed from laser-cut 1/4-inch thick steel side plates for maximum rigidity. The kit includes Energy Suspension fluted urethane bushings designed to retain grease, paired with Grade 8 greasable bolts featuring integrated zerk fittings for easy maintenance. A center bolt-in sleeve is included to further prevent side-plate deflection under load. The entire assembly is finished in a corrosion-resistant gold zinc plating for long-term durability in harsh off-road environments.
