Engineered for custom fabricators and suspension builders, the RockJock forged Johnny Joint (CE-9114-22) provides a superior alternative to standard heim joints. While common heim joints are limited to 22 degrees of travel, the Johnny Joint offers 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction. This increased articulation is paired with high-density urethane bushings that encase the inner ball, providing vibration dampening and cushioning that traditional metal-to-metal joints cannot match.
- Forged Construction: Heat-treated center balls and side washers for maximum durability.
- Integrated Lubrication: Cross-drilled center ball and integrated zerk fitting allow for thorough thru-bolt greasing.
- Secure Assembly: Internals are retained by two heavy-duty side washers and a high-strength snap ring.
- Corrosion Resistance: Finished in a durable gold zinc plating for long-term protection.
- Joint Diameter: 2 1/2 in.
