Maximize the performance and thermal efficiency of your 7.3L PowerStroke by replacing the restrictive factory piping with the Sinister Diesel intercooler charge pipe kit. This kit features a 3-inch cold side pipe and hot side pipe, both larger in diameter than OE components to significantly increase airflow velocity and reduce exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs).
Constructed from high-grade stainless steel with precision CNC mandrel bends, these pipes provide a perfect fit and superior durability over stock parts. Each pipe is masterfully TIG welded and finished in Sinister Blue powder coat for a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant appearance. To ensure a leak-free seal under high boost, the kit includes 4-ply silicone boots rated for pressures up to 400 psi and heavy-duty stainless steel spring boot clamps.
