Skunk2 Pro-ST systems utilize 52mm seamless carbon steel mono-tube shock bodies for increased oil capacity and superior heat dissipation compared to smaller twin-tube designs. The bodies are shortened relative to factory struts, permitting a drop of approximately 3 inches while maintaining full internal piston stroke. With 12-way damping adjustability, you can precisely tune the compression and rebound response for daily commuting or aggressive track environments. The shock bodies feature gold-colored zinc electroplating for long-term corrosion resistance in harsh weather conditions.

For maximum predictability, Skunk2 employs AE9254V Chrome Vanadium linear-rate springs. Unlike progressive springs, these provide consistent feedback and resistance through the entire range of motion, which is critical for maintaining balance during high-speed cornering. Independent ride height and spring preload adjustments allow you to corner-balance the vehicle without altering the spring tension or ride quality.
