Skunk2 Ultra Series Rear Lower Control Arms are designed to replace your factory components with a superior racing-grade solution. CNC-machined from forged 7075-T6 aluminum, these arms provide an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, boasting an ultimate tensile strength of over 78,000 PSI. This material choice allows the Ultra Series arms to be 45% lighter than original equipment (OEM) units and 27% stronger than previous Skunk2 Pro Series generations.
These arms utilize a hybrid bushing configuration to deliver precise suspension geometry without compromising street drivability. High-load steel spherical bearings on the trailing arm side eliminate bushing twist, while tuned durometer elastomeric bushings on the subframe side help manage NVH. For dynamic shock control, low-friction Delrin bushings are used at the shock mounting points to ensure minimal deflection under load.
