Skunk2 Alpha Series Dual Valve Springs are engineered to maintain valvetrain stability and prevent valve float at engine speeds exceeding 10,000 RPM. These springs are manufactured from high-tensile, super-clean chrome-silicone wire milled in Japan, specifically designed to handle the high-lift and high-revving demands of performance DOHC VTEC builds. By increasing seat and open pressure, these springs ensure the valves follow the camshaft profile accurately, protecting your engine during aggressive driving or competitive racing.
Each component in the Tuner Series line undergoes rigorous testing, including dyno evaluation and real-world testing in drag racing engines reaching up to 11,000 RPM. This set of 16 dual springs provides the reliability and quality required for high-performance H-series and F-series valvetrains.
