Skyjacker 7009 Steering Damper Kit for Select Jeep 1984-2016
This product will be available for sale in 2 weeks, but you can pre-order now to receive 10% discount!
Fits select 1984-2016 Jeep Cherokee, Comanche, Grand Cherokee, Wagoneer, and Wrangler models.
The Skyjacker 7009 Steering Damper Kit is engineered to restore control and steering precision to your Jeep. This stabilizer acts as a specialized dampening shock for your steering linkage, absorbing the harshness of highway travel and the front-end "shimmy" often caused by the increased rotational mass of oversized tires and wheels. By neutralizing these oscillations before they reach the steering wheel, it significantly reduces driver fatigue during long hauls and off-road excursions.
Whether you are replacing a worn-out factory unit or seeking better handling for a lifted application, this kit provides the damping force necessary to keep your steering predictable. It is a direct-fit solution designed to bolt into the steering system, making it an essential upgrade for any Jeep enthusiast running larger tires.
- Reduces steering shimmy and front-end vibrations
- Minimizes driver fatigue by absorbing road feedback and harshness
- Specifically tuned for vehicles with larger tires and wheels
- Durable dampening shock construction
- Manufacturer Part Number: 7009
- Limited Lifetime Warranty
