The Skyjacker Hydro Series H7042 is a twin-tube shock absorber engineered to improve ride quality and suspension control on your WJ Grand Cherokee. Featuring multi-stage velocity sensitive valving, these shocks automatically adjust to terrain changes, providing a smooth ride on the pavement while maintaining necessary stability during off-road articulation.
Each H7042 shock is built with a 5/8-inch hardened and double-chrome plated rod to resist pitting and ensure long seal life. The twin-tube design provides a rugged outer shell to protect the internal piston from trail debris. This shock comes ready for installation with durable red polyurethane bushings and a signature red shock boot to keep the piston rod clean.
