The Skyjacker Black Max twin-tube shock absorber is engineered to maintain consistent damping performance under heavy loads and high operating temperatures. Utilizing advanced foam-cell technology, these shocks eliminate internal air to prevent cavitation and allow for flexible mounting orientations. The internal foam-cell insert compresses to compensate for oil expansion as the shock heats up, ensuring the multi-stage valving remains responsive during demanding use.
Built for long-term durability, the B8526 features 360-degree arc-welded end mounts and a chrome-plated shaft to resist corrosion and mechanical wear. The sintered iron piston and vehicle-specific multi-stage valving provide a controlled ride that adapts to varying terrain without fading.
