Skyjacker Softride front lift leaf springs provide a 6-inch lift height while significantly improving ride quality and wheel travel. These progressive multileaf packs are engineered to replace worn factory springs, offering a load capacity that meets or exceeds OE specifications. By using high-grade American steel and advanced manufacturing processes, these springs maintain their arch and performance under heavy off-road use.
- Shot-Peened Construction: Individual leaves are shot-peened with high-velocity steel pellets to compress the surface, increasing tensile strength and preventing fatigue.
- Bolt-Style Spring Clips: These springs feature bolt-style clips that eliminate the binding and friction commonly found in cinch-style bend clips, allowing the leaves to slide more freely.
- Tapered Leaf Ends: Each leaf is tapered over its entire length to distribute loads more evenly and provide greater flex at the leaf ends, preventing one leaf from digging into the next.
