The Skyjacker Black Max B8597 is a high-performance twin-tube shock absorber designed to provide consistent damping under demanding conditions. Featuring advanced foam-cell technology, this shock uses a compressible insert to compensate for oil expansion as temperatures rise. This design eliminates internal air to prevent aeration, ensuring stable performance and allowing for 180-degree directional mounting. Built for long-term durability, the Black Max utilizes a sintered iron piston, a chrome-plated shaft, and 360-degree arc-welded end mounts for superior strength.
