Skyjacker Softride leaf springs are engineered to provide maximum wheel travel and superior ride quality without compromising the service life of the suspension. These progressive multileaf packs are manufactured from high-grade American steel and undergo a specialized shot-peening process. By bombarding the steel with high-velocity pellets, the surface is compressed, significantly increasing the tensile strength and fatigue resistance of each leaf.

Unlike standard springs that use tight-bend C-clips which cause binding and friction, Skyjacker utilizes bolt-style spring clips to allow for smoother movement. Each leaf is tapered over its entire length to create more flex at the ends, distributing loads more evenly and preventing individual leaves from digging into those above them.
