The Skyjacker Softride series is engineered to provide a significant improvement in ride quality without sacrificing the durability required for off-road use. These progressive multileaf packs are constructed from American steel and feature a full-length taper throughout the leaf, which allows for more flex at the ends and distributes loads more evenly across the pack. This design prevents individual leaves from digging into the ones above, reducing internal friction and premature wear.

To ensure long-term reliability and tensile strength, every individual leaf is shot-peened with hard steel pellets at high velocity. This process compresses the steel's surface, enhancing its fatigue resistance and allowing for maximum wheel travel. Unlike standard springs that use restrictive "c" style bend clips, Skyjacker utilizes bolt-style spring clips to eliminate binding and friction for smoother suspension articulation.
