Skyjacker Softride leaf springs are engineered to provide a significant upgrade in ride quality without compromising load capacity. Using high-grade American steel, each individual leaf is shot-peened with hard steel pellets at high velocities. This process compresses the steel surface, increasing tensile strength and allowing for maximum wheel travel and longevity. Unlike inferior designs that use friction-heavy "C" style bend clips, these springs utilize bolt-style spring clips to eliminate binding.

The progressive multileaf pack features a taper across the entire length of the leaf, creating more flex at the ends. This design ensures loads are distributed evenly, preventing leaves from digging into one another and providing a smoother, more controlled suspension cycle.
