Fits 1999-2005 Ford Excursion, F-250, and F-250/F-350 Super Duty models.
Skyjacker Softride leaf springs are engineered to provide significant improvements in ride quality and suspension travel without compromising durability. Manufactured from high-grade American steel, each leaf undergoes a high-velocity shot-peening process with hard steel pellets. This treatment compresses the steel surface, significantly increasing tensile strength and extending the service life of the spring pack under heavy articulation.
Unlike standard designs that use restrictive C-style bend clips which cause binding and friction, these Softride springs utilize bolt-style spring clips to eliminate internal resistance. The leaves are tapered across their entire length to ensure even load distribution and prevent individual leaves from digging into the pack, resulting in a more predictable and compliant suspension feel.
