Upgrade your heavy-duty suspension with the Skyjacker Softride Progressive Leaf Spring. Engineered to improve ride quality without compromising utility, these springs use a progressive multileaf design that provides a smoother feel during normal driving while maintaining the support needed for heavy loads. Each leaf is shot-peened with high-velocity steel pellets to compress the surface, significantly increasing tensile strength and allowing for maximum wheel travel without metal fatigue.
Unlike standard leaf packs that use friction-heavy bend clips, Skyjacker utilizes bolt-style spring clips to eliminate binding. The individual leaves are tapered over their entire length, ensuring load is distributed evenly across a greater surface area. This prevents the leaf ends from digging into the plates above them, ensuring a consistent flex rate and long-term durability on or off the pavement.
