Skyjacker Softride leaf springs are engineered to provide a significant upgrade in ride quality without compromising load capacity. These progressive multileaf packs utilize high-grade American steel and a specialized shot-peening process. By bombarding the steel with high-velocity pellets, the surface is compressed to increase tensile strength, allowing for maximum wheel travel and long-term durability.

Unlike standard springs that use cinch-style bend clips which cause binding and friction, the Skyjacker FR94S uses bolt-style spring clips to eliminate resistance. Each leaf is tapered over its entire length to ensure even load distribution and prevent leaves from digging into one another, resulting in more flex at the leaf ends and a smoother suspension cycle.
