Fits all 2003-2013 Chevrolet Corvette models, including Base, Z06, ZR1, Grand Sport, and 427. This Snow Performance multi-pump fuel hat is a precision-engineered solution for high-horsepower Corvette builds, replacing the restrictive factory fuel bucket with a high-flow billet manifold.
Constructed in the USA from CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum, this assembly eliminates the reliability risks associated with plastic lines, T-fittings, and hose clamps. The manifold features internal CNC-machined passages and chemical-resistant Viton O-rings for a secure, leak-free seal. The black anodized finish provides superior corrosion resistance, making the entire assembly fully compatible with gasoline, E85, and E98 fuels. This kit utilizes genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) fuel pumps for OE-level reliability in a return-style fuel system configuration.
Installation is designed to retain critical factory functions, including the OE fuel level sending unit, EVAP system, filler neck, and saddle-tank fuel transfer functionality. This unit features a large 10AN ORB female feed port and an 8AN ORB female return port for maximum throughput.
