Constructed from 6061 billet aluminum and finished in a black anodized coating, this fuel hat is fully compatible with pump gasoline, E85, and E98 ethanol blends. Unlike multi-pump setups that rely on prone-to-failure rubber hoses and T-fittings, the SNF-52601X features CNC-machined internal passages and Viton chemical-resistant O-rings for a secure, leak-free installation. This assembly replaces the factory fuel bucket while retaining the use of the OE fuel level sending unit, EVAP system, and fuel transfer functionality for saddle-style tanks.
