The ST Suspensions ST X Coilover kit is engineered by KW to provide a balance between aggressive handling and street-driven comfort for BMW xDrive models. This height-adjustable suspension system allows you to lower your center of gravity while maintaining the ride quality necessary for a daily driver. Each kit features galvanized zinc-coated steel struts for maximum corrosion protection and utilizes a friction-optimized polyamide composite spring perch with a stainless steel insert to prevent oxidation and seizing over time.
Internally, the ST X dampers feature KW engineering including a multi-layered pressure-resistant sealing package, a hardened chrome piston rod, and a low-friction piston band. Every unit is tested on a shock dyno to ensure performance matches the vehicle-specific spring rates and damping curves before leaving the factory in Fichtenberg, Germany.
