Designed for BMW engines utilizing 6mm valve stems, these Supertech exhaust integral valve stem seals are a high-performance replacement for worn or hardened OE seals. Manufactured from premium Viton, these seals are engineered to withstand the extreme temperatures present on the exhaust side of the cylinder head, resisting chemical degradation and maintaining their elasticity far longer than standard rubber components.
These integral seals provide a secure, leak-proof interface that prevents engine oil from migrating down the valve guide and into the exhaust stream. This is a critical step during any cylinder head rebuild or valvetrain upgrade to eliminate oil consumption and blue smoke caused by seal failure. The precision-molded Viton construction ensures consistent oil metering on the valve stem for proper lubrication without excess bypass.
