Supertech Viton Integral Intake Valve Stem Seals are engineered to provide superior oil control and thermal stability in high-performance BMW cylinder heads. These seals are manufactured from high-grade Viton, a fluoroelastomer that maintains its integrity at much higher temperatures than standard OE rubber. This makes them a critical upgrade for turbocharged applications where elevated head temperatures are common.
The integral design ensures a secure seat and precise fitment, allowing the intake valve stems to remain properly lubricated while preventing oil from leaking into the combustion chamber. Replacing worn seals with these Viton components helps eliminate blue smoke at startup and reduces carbon buildup on the intake valves.
