Engineered for high-performance builds, this Supertech Black Nitride Exhaust Valve set (HEVN-1000-8) provides the durability required for high-RPM and forced induction applications. These valves are manufactured from forged stainless steel to ensure structural integrity under extreme thermal stress and high-heat exhaust environments.
The specialized Black Nitride surface treatment hardens the valve and significantly reduces friction within the valve guide. This process results in a smoother finish than traditional chrome plating, leading to improved heat dissipation and extended valvetrain service life. Each valve is precision-machined and micro-polished to ensure a reliable seat and optimal exhaust gas flow.
