Supertech Performance intake valves are engineered for high-RPM racing and performance street builds. These valves feature a black nitriding treatment, which creates a smooth, hard surface to reduce friction within the valve guide and increase wear resistance under extreme thermal stress. The nitriding process also provides superior surface hardness compared to standard chrome plating.
The +2mm oversize head diameter is designed for engines requiring maximum volumetric efficiency, typically used in conjunction with extensive cylinder head porting and oversized valve seats. Each valve is precision-machined from high-tensile strength alloys to ensure consistent seat contact and optimal sealing for high-compression or forced induction K-series builds.
