Each valve is manufactured from one-piece forged stainless steel and undergoes a specialized black nitriding process. This treatment creates a high surface hardness and a smooth finish, significantly reducing friction within the valve guide while improving resistance to wear and heat-cycling fatigue.
Designed to withstand the stresses of increased boost and higher RPM ranges, these valves are a direct upgrade for performance-oriented EJ20 and EJ25 cylinder heads. The micro-polished stems ensure minimal parasitic drag and consistent operation under extreme thermal loads.
