The Superwinch SX10SR is a heavy-duty 12V DC recovery solution engineered for demanding off-road environments. Delivering 10,000 lbs of raw pulling power, this SX Series winch combines a high-performance 5.5 HP sealed motor with a 3-stage planetary gear set at a 218:1 ratio for reliable torque and line speed. The unit is fully IP68-rated, ensuring complete protection against dust and water immersion, and is finished in a durable metallic graphite powder coat for long-term corrosion resistance.
Installation is simplified by a relocatable die-cast aluminum control box and a clockable gearbox, allowing for flexible mounting in tight bumpers or custom brackets. The SX10SR comes equipped with 80 feet of 3/8-inch UV-coated synthetic rope, an aluminum hawse fairlead, and a heavy-duty clevis hook. For operation, it includes both a wireless handheld remote and a 12-foot wired remote featuring an integrated lithium-ion rechargeable LED flashlight.
