The Synergy Manufacturing HD Adjustable Ball Joint Kit (MPN 4127) is engineered to replace the prone-to-failure factory ball joints on solid-axle Jeep platforms. These heavy-duty components are specifically designed for vehicles running larger tires and aftermarket wheels, which place increased leverage and stress on the steering axis. The adjustable design allows for precise tuning of camber and caster, helping to correct alignment issues often found on lifted vehicles or those with bent axle housings.
This kit features a non-knurled housing. Non-knurled ball joints are the preferred choice for axle C's that have not been previously ovaled out, as they maintain a precise factory-spec press fit without permanently stretching the bore. This ensures maximum longevity of your axle components and a more secure installation.
