The Tein EDFC Active GPS Kit (EDK07-P8022) is a specialized expansion module designed to enhance the capabilities of Tein EDFC Active and EDFC Active Pro damping controller systems. By providing real-time satellite speed data, this kit enables the controller to automatically adjust suspension damping based on vehicle speed, eliminating the need to hardwire a speed pulse signal from the vehicle's ECU or wiring harness.
- Speed-Dependent Damping: Automatically firms up or softens the dampers based on current travel speed for improved stability and comfort.
- High-Sensitivity Antenna: Features a high-performance GPS receiver for consistent signal acquisition and accurate speed tracking.
- Expanded Data Display: Unlocks additional information on the EDFC display, including vehicle speed, altitude, and a GPS-synchronized clock.
- Plug-and-Play Installation: Connects directly to the EDFC Active/Active Pro control unit with the included harness for a clean, reliable setup.
