Engineered specifically for use with TiAL F46 (46mm) and V60 (60mm) external wastegates, this assembly allows you to service your wastegate actuator and restore factory-level performance without replacing the entire unit.
The diaphragm is constructed from high-temperature, Nomex-reinforced silicone to withstand the extreme heat and constant pressure cycles found in high-performance turbocharged engine bays. A worn or torn diaphragm can lead to dangerous boost spikes or a total loss of boost control; replacing it ensures the valve responds accurately to your boost controller's signals.
