The TiAL Sport MVR 44mm external wastegate (MVR 44) provides high-performance boost control in a compact package designed for tight engine bays. As the successor to the legendary V44, it maintains the same flange orientation while offering a shorter overall height for easier packaging. This wastegate is engineered for extreme thermal loads, featuring a 347 stainless steel investment cast housing and a high-temperature NiCrFe alloy valve.
This MVR wastegate includes integrated water cooling ports (two -4AN ports) that can be utilized to stabilize actuator temperatures in high-duty cycle or endurance racing environments. It comes pre-configured with a 14.5 PSI (1.0 bar) spring and a purple anodized 6061 aluminum actuator top for long-lasting corrosion resistance and a custom look.
