The TiAL Sport MVS (MV-S) 38mm external wastegate is engineered for high-performance turbocharged applications where engine bay space is limited. Standing just 3.7 inches tall, this compact wastegate offers superior boost control without the bulk of traditional units. It features integrated -4 AN water cooling ports to maintain stable temperatures during extreme track conditions, though water cooling is optional for standard use.
- High-temperature NiCrFe based alloy valve and 347 stainless steel valve housing for maximum heat resistance
- 6061-T6 aluminum actuator chassis with a durable purple anodized finish
- Includes a complete set of 17-7 PH stainless steel springs for customizable boost pressure settings
- V-band inlet and outlet connections provide a secure, leak-free seal and simplified installation
- Features two 1/8 inch NPT top air ports and two 1/8 inch NPT side air ports

Each MVS wastegate kit includes the valve assembly, two TiAL V-band clamps, two stainless steel V-band flanges, all available springs, and removable water fittings.
