Torque Solution
Torque Solution Volcanic Rock Thermal Downpipe Blanket for 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type-R FK8 (TS-TB-659L)
$138.88
This product will be available for sale in 2 weeks, but you can pre-order now to receive 10% discount!
Protect your engine bay and sensitive components from excessive heat soak with the Torque Solution Volcanic Rock Thermal Downpipe Blanket. Specifically designed for the 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type-R (FK8), this blanket provides an essential thermal barrier between your high-temperature exhaust and the rest of your engine compartment.
By insulating the downpipe, this blanket helps maintain exhaust gas velocity and reduces under-hood temperatures, which protects nearby wiring, hoses, and the firewall from heat degradation. The volcanic rock (basalt) construction offers superior heat resistance compared to standard fiberglass alternatives, making it an ideal upgrade for track-driven or high-performance FK8 builds.
- Fits 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type-R (FK8)
- Constructed from high-temperature volcanic rock (basalt) fiber
- Reduces under-hood temperatures and prevents heat soak
- Protects sensitive engine bay components and plastic lines
- Custom fit for OE and most aftermarket downpipes
- Manufacturer Part Number: TS-TB-659L
