The Torque Solution TS-SU-480 adapter is the essential solution for owners mating a 3-inch aftermarket downpipe to a factory catback exhaust. Most high-performance downpipes utilize a flat 3-inch flange, while the OEM Subaru catback mid-pipe is designed for a 2.5-inch flare and a donut gasket. This discrepancy often leads to persistent exhaust leaks and poor fitment.
This precision-machined adapter bridges the gap, allowing your 3-inch flat flange to seal perfectly against the factory donut gasket. It provides a secure, leak-free transition that maintains the flexibility of the OEM exhaust design while accommodating your upgraded downpipe.
