Fits all 2004-2011 Mazda RX-8 submodels, including Base, R3, Grand Touring, Sport, Touring, 40th Anniversary Edition, and Shinka.
The Turbo XS Catback Exhaust (MPN: RX8-CBE) is engineered to optimize exhaust scavenging and provide a deep, aggressive tone for the Mazda Renesis rotary engine. By replacing the restrictive factory mufflers and narrow-diameter piping from the catalytic converter back, this system reduces backpressure to improve throttle response and power delivery throughout the RPM range.
Built for precision fitment and longevity, this system utilizes mandrel-bent tubing to maintain a consistent inner diameter through every bend, ensuring maximum exhaust gas velocity. It is a direct bolt-on upgrade that utilizes factory mounting locations. Please note: 2009-2011 Series 2 (Gen 2) RX-8 models require the use of longer exhaust hangers to ensure proper tip alignment and bumper clearance.
